To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are only applicable within [14 days] from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipment: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with the return authorization provided.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [10 days].
